Remote support: we sort it out without you leaving home

Some problems don’t need a visit — they need ten minutes and an eye that knows where to look. With your permission, we see your screen from our Geneva workshop, we guide you step by step, and you keep control from start to finish. It’s Apple support in slippers — yours.

The client journey — you are here

We look after the next one … and the old one gets a second life

What works very well remotely

  • An email settingThat has slipped, a password to put right.
  • A question that nags at you“Where did that document go?”, “why does this window keep coming back?” — we explain calmly, shared screen at hand.
  • A quick checkAfter a strange alert, before worrying for real.
  • The follow-up to a visitWe came to install or troubleshoot, one detail remains — no point in a second journey for that.

How it works

1

You call us.

We assess together whether the problem suits remote help — if not, we simply come over.

2

You open the door to your screen

A safe tool, which we install with you the first time, and which YOU authorise at every session.

3

We fix the problem before your eyes

Explaining as we go. Nothing happens that you don’t see.

Your questions, before you even call

Can you see everything on my computer?

We see what you see, only during the session, only with your permission — and you cut the line whenever you wish. Between sessions, nobody gets in: you reopen the door, never us.

I’m not very comfortable with technology…

That’s expected: the first time, we install the tool together, over the phone, unhurried. After that, it’s one click.

And if it can’t be fixed remotely?

Then we come — Geneva and the whole canton. Remote is a shortcut, not a limit.

We call you back

Leave your number. We call back within the hour during opening hours — otherwise, as soon as we reopen.

Your first name and number stay with us, on our servers in Geneva. They are only used to call you back, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
