Installation and setup of your Apple hardware,at home

"I bought it, but it’s still in the box." — you’d be surprised how often we hear that, and there is no shame in it: a proper installation is a trade. Our Apple support comes to your home, in Geneva, and leaves when everything works — not before.

The client journey — you are here

We look after the next one … and the old one gets a second life

What we do for you

  • Install your new Mac, iPhone or iPadWith the full migration of your data from the old device or your backup.
  • Set up everything around itThe printer and scanner, the Time Machine backup drive, the Apple TV, the HomePods.
  • Sort the accounts and the fine settingsApple ID, iCloud, email, calendars, Family Sharing — everything that makes a device TRULY yours.
  • Get your devices talking to each otherThe photo taken on the iPhone appears on the Mac, the document started on the iPad is finished at the desk.
  • Show you the essentials before we leaveThree landmarks beat a manual.

And then? The journey continues

You’ve been advised, now you’re set up. If something slips one day, we troubleshoot — at home or remotely. And when the device has served its time, we take care of the next one.

Your questions, before you even call

I bought my hardware elsewhere. Will you still install it?

Naturally. Where the box comes from changes nothing about the care we take opening it.

How long does an installation take?

A single device: often one visit. A whole household — Mac, Wi-Fi, printer, backup — sometimes two. We tell you beforehand, not after.

Do you also set things up for my children or grandchildren?

Yes: family accounts, screen time and parental controls — healthy limits, set with the parents.

We call you back

Leave your number. We call back within the hour during opening hours — otherwise, as soon as we reopen.

Your first name and number stay with us, on our servers in Geneva. They are only used to call you back, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
