Apple support · Geneva

My email has stopped working.

Don’t move: mail that won’t send is almost always a setting that has slipped — not a catastrophe. It’s the daily bread of our Apple support in Geneva, and nine times out of ten everything is back in order in one visit. Your messages, meanwhile, have not vanished.

What we do for you

  • Get your email working againMail that won’t send, won’t arrive, or keeps demanding a password.
  • Set up your addressesBluewin, Swisscom, Gmail, Infomaniak or Exchange, on your Mac, iPhone and iPad. Everything shows the same thing everywhere.
  • Track down missing emailsMisfiled or vanished from a folder, they almost always turn up.
  • Sync your calendars and contactsThe appointment noted on the Mac also shows up on the phone.
  • Look after your office softwareInstall Office, sort out a licence, fix a bug in Word, tame the tabs. Teams and Zoom included, so the next call with the grandchildren works first time.

How it works

1

You call us, or book a visit.

We pick up, or we call you back the same day.

2

We come to you

Anywhere in Geneva and the canton — or we fix it remotely, which email problems often allow.

3

We fix it, and we explain

What had slipped is explained in plain words.

Your questions, before you even call

Have my old emails disappeared?

Almost never. They are usually still on your provider’s server; it’s the display that has gone askew. We bring them back.

My Bluewin address keeps asking for my password.

A classic — often tied to the Swisscom account itself. We reset things in the right order, and it stops.

Can you really fix this remotely?

Often, yes: you stay in your armchair, we see your screen with your permission, and you keep control from start to finish.
